New members are required to complete the Heartland PAYO Membership Application and pay their annual dues. The yearly membership dues are $50.00. There are two classes of membership within the Heartland PAYO, Regular and Associate members.
A Regular Member is an individual who is an active member of the PayrollOrg (PayrollOrg Global member). They are actively engaged in, or closely related to, the payroll function within their organization or retired from such a position. It is the condition of membership that members are expected to share their knowledge and experiences and to make a positive contribution to the association.
An Associate Member is an individual who is not an active member of the PayrollOrg (PayrollOrg Global member) but actively engaged in, or closely related to, the payroll function within their organization or retired from such a position. As with Regular Membership, it is the condition of membership that members are expected to share their knowledge and experiences and to make a positive contribution to the association. Associate members are not eligible to hold a chapter office or serve as a director.
